The ADDIE Model is a foundational framework in instructional design, encapsulating five key phases: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. This systematic approach helps instructional designers create effective educational programs by identifying the project's context, developing structured learning sequences, producing necessary materials, implementing training, and assessing outcomes through formative and summative evaluations. Understanding ADDIE is crucial for enhancing training initiatives and meeting course objectives, serving a wide array of educational and skill development needs.

Definition of ADDIE • ADDIE MODEL is a traditional system that represents rapid prototyping. Also, is an acronym for analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate .it is actually a means of describing the essential components of any instructional design model
Analysis • The analysis phase is the firs step to start a instructional design model. The most important phase in order to understand the project’s context. Discovery process becomes at the beginning of the instructional design model; give access to key documents in order to help the clients identify key business and metrics to improve through the initial of the project.
DESIGN PHASE • Design phase process is driven by the products of the analysis phase. Design phase develops a structure and sequence in orderly fashion to provide the best opportunity for learning that will lead to performance and build a plan to demonstrate how to take the project to the rest of instructional design model.
Development phase The development phase is a process of authoring and producing the materials needed to meet the objectives. During this phase all the audio, video, and text materials, are collected prepare or created. documentation is prepare and the product is ready to be tested.
Implementation phase • Implementation phase is where everything comes together and the audience receives the project instruction. During this phase the plan is to put into action and almost ready to procedure for the training ,the learned, and the teacher in order to understand the whole project model.
Evaluation phase • This is the last phase and consist of formative and summative evaluation. Formative evaluation is present in each phase of ADDIE. Summative evaluation is about tested designed and is ready to receiving opportunities for feedback from the students or the audience.
What is the importance about ADDIE Understand ADDIE is very important because, is consider one of the first things we must learn in order to understand technology discussions. another reason to know about ADDIE is to identify the actual skills and expectation for this course. ADDIE can be useful for Trainings, programs, courses, job skills, expectations etc.
