  5. Resident Workroom: Top 2 Stacking Trays Under The Schedule Board Completed referral forms Radiology orders (for studies to be scheduled on future dates) Miscellaneous paper work (e.g. outside records) to be scanned into NextGen

  6. Resident Workroom:Hanging File - Referral Forms • Specific specialty referrals: • DBP • PT/OT/Speech • Neurology • Pulmonology • Sleep Clinic • Weight Clinic • General Referrals: • All specialties that don’t provide a specific form

  8. Attending Work Room: Wall Bin 1 Signed RN visit orders and bills Completed bills and other attending paperwork from previous visits. (Same-day paperwork goes in stacking trays in Resident Workroom)
