Requirements • SIGNED BYS Coaches Code of Conduct • Will be handed out, emailed, & also on Website • Background Check (NCSI) • Good for 2 Years • Instructions will be emailed • Confidential • I’m the only one with access to background check information • USA Football TACKLE Certification • Only for TACKLE Coaches • Yearly Certification/Re-Cert for ALL TACKLE COACHES • Heads up Football Training

  3. Requirements-NEW COACHES • ALL NEW Tackle Coaches (2014) • ALL the previous listed • Advanced Concussion Training • PCA Seminar • Positive Coaching Alliance

Additional Coaches Meetings • Heads up Football Clinic (Mandatory for ALL tackle coaches) (JULY) • Offensive X’s & O’s Night (JUNE or JULY) • Defensive X’s & O’s Night (JUNE or JULY) • Coaches Drills/Skills Practice • During HS Camp • HS Coaches will put coaches through drills • Discuss coaching/teaching points • Introduce drills

  5. TCYFL • We are members of the TCYFL • The Chicagoland Youth Football League • Website • http://www.tcyfl.net/ • Schedule, Standings, Requirements, Rules, etc. • New Weight Parameters (TCYFL AGE WEIGHT PARAMETERS 2014.pdf)

  6. Website • www.bulldogyouthsports.org • Coaches Page (Group Protected) • Create login (then will be added to coaches group) • Playbook (PDF’s) • Communication • Calendar • Broken down by team • Able to share (i.e. iCAl, etc.)

  7. hudl • New to BYS • Head Coaches will get Individual Login • Asst. Coaches and Players will use generic login • Playbook (will also be on website) • Video and Video Exchange

  8. NEW HELMETS • Riddell Speed Helmets • Purple w/ Black Facemask, “W” instead of bulldog
