In the US, that seems to be the case, with employees reluctant to resume a 5-day workweek in offices. Whereas in India, while mobility is mostly back in the smaller cities, in some of the bigger cities, employees are reluctant to return to the office full-time, especially where they have the choice to work from home, either partially or in a hybrid mode. Maybe workplaces have changed for the better.
