Skills for Change

Skills for Change has been transforming lives since 1982 in Toronto, Ontario. With a mission to help immigrants and refugees succeed in the workplace and their communities, we address labor market needs through innovative training programs. Over 14,000 individuals each year benefit from sector-specific training in fields like engineering, health care, and IT across five locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Our initiatives, including enhanced language training and the IEHP Navigator Project, aim to eliminate barriers, ensuring that every immigrant has the opportunity to thrive.
