Enhancing Engagement in Small LBGs: Insights from the Presidents’ Meeting in Bucharest

The recent Presidents' Meeting in Bucharest highlighted the unique challenges faced by Small Local Business Groups (LBGs) with few active members. These groups often organize only one event per year; however, LBG Eindhoven has embraced a proactive approach, planning two events annually, including a Summer Course and the EEC Summer Meeting. This initiative fosters motivation, strengthens communication, and encourages new member recruitment. Collaborative efforts among EEC and LBG Eindhoven will promote successful outcomes and enhance participation, leading to win-win situations for all involved.
