  2. “Hora sexta” deitzen zioten erromatarrek ordu-bietatik arratsaldeko laurak arteko tarte horri. Hemendik “siesta” izena.

  3. Osasunerako guztiz ona dela ez dago dudarik.

  4. Behin ohituz gero, beharrezkoa gainera.

  5. Zer du, hortaz, onik “siestak”? Gorputz eta gogoz berri egiten zaitu.

  6. Indarberritu egiten zaitu; “pilak kargatzen” dizkigu.

  7. Adituek diotenez, bihotzarentzat ere oso ona da.

  8. Egiten dutenek bihotzeko gaitz gutxiago omen dute.
