  3. ¿ QUÉ ES LA FITIM ? • LA FEDERACION INTERNACIONAL DE TRABAJADORES DE LAS INDUSTRIAS METALURGICIAS, es una Asociación Mundial de Sindicatos Metalúrgicos Nacionales. • Este año cumple 116 años de vida Sindical (1893) .-

EL PROGRAMA DE ACCION DE LA FITIM, establece entre sus prioridades: • Crear un Movimiento Sindicalmas Fuerte y mas Unido, fortaleciendo a los sindicatos existentes y organizando nuevos miembros. • Revisión y Fortalecimiento de las Estructuras Sindicales, nivel internacional, nacional y local. • Mundializar la labor de los Sindicatos, relacionando el nivel local con el internacional.-
