  1. ComprehensiveSchool Alta Valsesia Balmuccia Our school is situated in Valsesia, very close to the Alps. It’s an area where tourism is mixed together with agricultural traditions, craftsmanship and shepherd farming.

  3. The Comprehensive Institute Alta Valsesia was founded in June 2000.

  4. The newInstitutehas the aimto work asone “body”, where the threedifferenttypesofschools, Middle school, Primaryschool and Pre-Schoolmove in the same direction, using a verticalstructure. Itmeansthatpupils can feelthemselvesas part ofonlyoneschool.. The Day “CleanourPlanet” “The HealthyOrangesHarvest” Sport Competitions The schoolorganizesmeetings or activitieswherepupilsfrom the threetypesofschool can “work” together , suchas The International DayofCommemoration in memoryof the victimsof the Holocaust The Highway Code

  5. In 2009 the three classrooms of the Middle School have a new interactive-board, in order to improve learning and teaching

  6. The final aims of the school are the developmente of identity and personality of every student. Learning and Education are targets of primary importance in the school project. To obtain them, it’s necessary a constant cooperation between school, families and society.

  7. Our two last projects are: “Education and Respect: the others and us” “Water: an important element in the city and the region we live in”
