ME AND MYSELF. My name is Lukáš Šandor, and I´m 2 4 years old. Although my name is Lukáš everybody call me Šandy . I have studied at secondary grammar school of Dukla heroes in Svidník.

  1. ME AND MYSELF • My name is Lukáš Šandor, and I´m 24 years old. Although my name is Lukáš everybody call me Šandy. • I have studied at secondary grammar school of Dukla heroes in Svidník. • Nowadays I have been studying social work at Orthodox theological faculty of University of Prešov in Prešov, master degree.

  2. ME AND MY FAMILY I live only with my mother. She is working as a nurse in hospital. I´ve got one older brother Tomáš, and he is 31. He is married to Zuzana and they have two daughters Alica and Daniela.

  3. My hometown is Svidník. It´s a small town in north-east of Slovakia. Svidník is a some kind of centre of ukrainian-ruthenian culture with nice open air museum. It was also very important point during WW2 with very cruel battles. ME AND MY HOMETOWN

  4. ME AND SCHOOL I decided to study social work because I don´t like differences between people. Also it is pleasure for me when I can be helpful for people in distress. I also see human beings as an God´s creation not only numbers as many social workers. So that is main reason why in fact I´m studying christian social work.

  5. ME, SOCIAL WORK, VOLUNTEERING • During my school practice I was working for 3 weeks at home of social services in Svidník were I assisted to medical and social personnel. • During last summer I was working as social worker at hospital in Gelnica, exactly at department of long-term ill people. In this hospital I was helping to educate clients of their disease through PowerPoint presentation.

  6. ME, SOCIAL WORK, VOLUNTEERING

  7. ME AND IP IP has delivered me, because I think it's a great opportunity to bring new knowledge in sector of social work. I’m a very communicative person and this program is a great occasion to improve my language skills. It is also great chance to gain new experience for my further job.

  8. MY HOBBIES I´m quite active person so between my hobbies belong basketball and soccer. During highschool I used to ride skateboard but I had to give it up. To my hobbies belong music too. I like guitar music and classical music.
