According to the ‘Oxford English Dictionary’ the word ‘forces’ means “As an attribute of physical action or movement: Strength, impetus, violence, or intensity of effect.” OR some of the more severe meanings state “To use violence to; to violate, ravish”. (This also suggests the idea of otherness, to view the government in this space as the enemy. http://www.oed.com/view/Entry/72850?rskey=dzQBQv&result=4&isAdvanced=false#eid)
