Three Branches of Government • Legislative: Congress-Senate & House of Representatives • Make the Laws/Change the Laws • Elected by the people • Discussed in Article I of the Constitution • Executive: The President, Vice-President, Cabinet • Enforces the Laws • Elected by the People/Electoral College • Discussed in Article II of the Constitution • Judicial: Federal Courts and Organizations including the Supreme Court • Interprets the Laws/Determines Constitutionality • Appointed by the President/Confirmed by the Senate • Discussed in Article III of the Constitution
