Legal Compatibility Review (4) • Consultation with Legal Community • ABNR will circulate the Legal Questionnaire (with cover letter) to select members of the Indonesian legal community for their input on legal/regulatory issues • Bapepam to provide cover letter in Bahasa Indonesia (explaining nature of Project and requesting comments) and provide list of selected members of Indonesian legal community and their contact details to CC (with target of 10- 15 top firms responding) • Market Participants to provide input on Legal Questionnaire • Estimated Completion: 13 January 2012 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

Industry Consultation (2) • Identification of Key Issues • CC will consult with the Taskforce and ABNR to identify the key issues in relation to market standards, policies and approaches as well as business, operational, accounting and tax requirements (combine with discussion of legal issues in Initial Workshop as this would reduce the overall response time towards an agreed market standard) • Estimated Completion: 25 November 2011 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

Industry Consultation (3) • Consultation with Market Participants • CC will circulate the proposal on market standards to select market participants for discussion and consultation • Bapepam to provide cover letter in Bahasa Indonesia (explaining nature of Project and requesting comments) and provide list of selected market participants and their contact details to CC (targeting various market participants in relation to non-legal market standards) • Market Participants to provide input on proposal on market standards • Estimated Completion: 30 December 2011 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

  13. Industry Consultation (4) • Establishment of Market Standard • CC to discuss with the Taskforce and ABNR on best way to achieve market consensus on market standards. Discussions to be held with selected market participants either through conference calls or electronic mail • Market Participants to participate in market-wide discussions on establishment of market standards for repurchase transactions • Estimated Completion: 13 January 2012 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

  14. Drafting (1) • Workshop Prior to Start of Drafting • Combined workshop on legal and non-legal issues: CC/ABNR to highlight the outputs of Market Standards/Legal Issues and drafting strategy. At this stage all issues regarding business, taxes, accounting and legal should have been identified and will be accommodated in the drafting. Intensive participation of accounting and tax authorities to provide inputs is required • Taskforce to organise a venue for workshop; participate in discussions with CC and ABNR and involvement of relevant accounting and tax authorities as required in discussions • Market Participants to provide input, particularly on accounting and tax issues • Estimated Completion: 13 January 2012 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

Drafting (6) • Finalisation of GMRA Annex • CC to incorporate comments from selected market participants into the GMRA Annex to produce finalised GMRA Annex • Taskforce to participate in discussions with CC and ABNR on final GMRA Annex • Estimated Completion: 13 April 2012 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

Translation (1) • Translation of GMRA • ABNR will arrange translation of the GMRA into Bahasa Indonesia • Taskforce to assist ABNR with co-ordination of translation of GMRA • Estimated Completion: 27 April 2012 Project Plan Discussion with Core Team Members: Timeline Management, Communication Strategy and Expected Participation, Hot Areas and Support Requirement

  22.
