Petroleum Elasticity

This study examines the petroleum elasticity in Thailand by calculating year-on-year growth percentages following the heavy floods in 2011. Utilizing data from NESDB and EPPO, various methodologies including moving average growth over five years and regression analysis were employed for a comprehensive understanding. The findings provide insights into the fluctuations in petroleum intensity and elasticity, highlighting the impacts of natural disasters on the energy sector. This research aims to inform policymakers and stakeholders about the trends and implications for future energy strategies.
