３日前. 高プリン食　及び　飲酒の制限. 絶食. 起床後. 表１　尿酸クリアランス , Ｃｃｒ 試験（ 60 分法）の実際. 飲水コップ２杯. 外来. ３０分前：飲水３００ｍＬ. 開始（０分）：排尿終了時（採尿不要）. ３０分後：中間時採血. ［血中尿酸 ・ Cr 測定 ］. 終了（６０分後）：６０分間の全尿採取. 尿量測定 尿中尿酸 ・ Cr 測定. Ccr ：クレアチニン・クリアランス.
