  8. 乙太網路原理: • 網路上的各成員依據傳送的要求進行傳送資料並須時時注意其他成員所傳送出的資料是否是給自己 • 如傳送資料過程中與其他成員傳送隻資料相衝突則須等待一段隨機時間後重新傳送 • 優點設備簡單便宜

  9. ATM網路 • 成員要傳送資料前須先與接收端取得連線後才開始傳送 • 建立連線過程須協議傳送資料的流量大小 • 適用於大型網路大量資料即有時效性的資料目前常被用於骨幹網路上 • 而ATM頻寬已標準化的有25Mb，155Mb，及622Mb，在不久的將來2.4Gb…的標準將會出現

  11. 傳輸媒介 • 同軸電纜(Coaxial Cable)可傳送高頻率的訊號 • 雙絞線(Optic Fiber)價格便宜 • 光纖(Twisted pairs)避免雜訊干擾 • 無線電波(Radio)

  12. 數據機撥接上網 • 56kbps • 將電腦所輸出的數位訊號加以編碼成類比訊號後傳送出去 • 將接收到的類比訊號加以解碼後轉換成數位訊號傳送至電腦的接收埠

  13. Giga(和信) • 一種下傳速率為27Mbps，上行，速率約256K。 • ET Home(東森) • 下傳傳輸速度最快可達25Mbps、上行速度最快為768K-1.5Mbps。
