  4. Fowler position & Semi-fowler position • In the fowler position ,pt. on bed with angel 30 • In the semi-fowler position ,pt. on bed with angel 45 • It’s useful with pt. have breathing problems to improve lung expanding by diaphragm down ward with abdomen

  5. Sitting position

  6. Trendelenburg position • Pt. elevated his leg by bed . It also call shock position ( وضعية الإفاقة ) it’s important to improve blood circulation

  7. dorsal-recumbent position • This position is used to do medical exams. Some people use this position for a comfort measure or exercise.
