Joint site visit w/Levee District, Corps & applicant if necessary. • 4. Corps provides response and recommendation to Levee District (letter). • 5. Levee District approves or denies request. Copy furnished Corps.

  3. Permit Information Required • 1. Description of proposed work • Discuss proposed activities near levee • excavation, utility crossing, ramp, etc. • Crossing levee or parallel levee • 2. Site Map • Quad map showing the location of the proposed • Coordinates of work (GPS or Lat. Long.) • Section, Township, Range • 3. Plan Sheet • Plan view of proposed work with dimensions from levee • 4. Profile Sheet • Cross section view of work with dimensions from levee.
