  2. Overview • All normal entries are in blue. • Software is a spreadsheet that runs on a MS compatible spreadsheet program. • Tabs on bottom move from sheet to sheet • Standard items for cash flow can be changed to fit your needs. Sheet is customizable.

  3. Screen To Screen • A simple click on the bottom of sheet moves you from screen to screen. • Screens are setup in logical order for printing • Printing of sheets shows ratios, presentation sheets, and needs based on numbers entered.

  4. Inputs Entries can be made from a blank worksheet given to the borrower ahead of time. The calculations are done automatically from the inputs for monthly cash flow amounts.

  5. Inputs move to other screens • Inputs on screen one may be used in calculations on the other screens. • Inputs could be all entered on one major input screen. Not all screens need to be used. • Multiple screens were used so that a borrower’s needs were all in one location available for loan officer inspection.

  6. Output Printouts are made to 8.5 x 17 inch paper on laser or ink jet printers. If you would need 8.5 x 11 inch paper, more than one sheet would be needed for output.
