  2. Our Vision All eligible Hamiltonians will vote in the next municipal election as informed, empowered and engaged citizens in order to bring about positive change to our city.

Our Mission Our mission is to develop an all-inclusive, non-partisan civic league representing Hamilton community stakeholders to encourage and inspire our community to become informed about local issues, to raise community involvement in local democracy, and to promote accountability, accessibility and transparency in our municipal government.

  4. Introductions • Name • Ward (if you know it) • Your concerns • Skills or expertise you may bring to the League

  5. Our Plan • Large working group with representation from all wards • Survey 1: What are the issues? • Survey 2: Ward-by-ward, what are the priority issues? • (Possibly) a Council Report Card: How did they vote on these priority issues?

Our Needs • Board/Administration • Lawyer • Accountant • Clerical, office, administration. • Funding applications • Internet, social media, databases, programming • Graphics, publications • Meeting space in every ward • Small groups • Larger groups • Representatives at various community events • Surveys • Statistics, randomization • Survey administration • Results
