Introduction • Located in a modern shopping mall New Horizons @ the Mall sells MP3, MP4 , CD’s, DVD’s photographs and paintings, • The material may be sampled on three desktops in the centre of the shop and purchased at the sales desk which is the PC administration terminal. The material may be loaded into flash memory or burnt on CD/DVD which is available for purchase at the rear of the shop. Fine quality headsets and mp3 players are also available for sale. • The shop also sells online via its website and this requires a more global perspective and better showcase of its product. • The shop also sells MP3 and ringtones at a weekly market, which is also an important marketing tool for online and shop sales.
