PSLG Feedback – Future Initiatives • Cross discipline representation on 2013 Safety by Design Steering Group endorsed • Behavioural change foundation to SbD endorsed • SbD Group to consider and report back on measures to be put in place to monitor the effectiveness of implementation • ORR feedback on recent Safety by Design audits to be disseminated • The need to coordinate cross discipline / cross route SbD initiatives was emphasised
