About WCTC • WCTC provides accessible career and technical education to strengthen our community through life-long learning. • 130 Program Areas of Study • Enrollment: 2011-12 • 23,493 total enrollment • 8,183* enrolled in associate of applied science degree courses • 2,398* enrolled in technical diploma courses • 234* enrolled in apprentice-related training • 11,927* enrolled in personal improvement courses • 4,281 high school students took WCTC courses through partnership agreements.
