Outreach Efforts: Explaining ATLAS Experiment Results to the Public

After approximately 20 years of research, the ATLAS experiment has valuable data and results to share. To effectively communicate these findings to the public, ATLAS has developed Plain English summaries, continuing the tradition established by D0, CDF, and some LEP experiments. So far, three summaries have been published, with more in progress. These summaries involve collaboration between the primary author, an Outreach Committee member, and ATLAS leadership, aiming to make complex scientific results accessible to a wider audience.
