SWEDEN TRAINING VISIT • Training of Croatian ERASMUS stakeholders from universities and relevant public bodies on the implementation and management of ERASMUS programme from the administrative, financial and academic perspective. • Special focus of visits are on universities: how universities should plan for ERASMUS and how they cooperate with National Agencies

SLOVENIA TRAINING VISIT: Follow up • Request to EC for Agency for Adult Education as new project partner • Request approved!  • Fostering general support for project in Croatia (MSES letter) • Letter by MSES sent to all Croatian universities in July 2007 • Meeting held by IDE with Rector of University of Zagreb • Meeting held by IDE with Heads of department of ASHE • MOBIL Advisory Board formation • Director of Agency of Science and Higher Education confirmed • Vice-Rector of University of Zagreb TBC (potentially interested) • Letters to be sent out to other decision-makers in September

  12. 5. SEMINAR IN RIJEKA Aim: Seminar to draft action plan for Croatia’s entry into ERASMUS. Structure: • Presentation of survey results on EU best-practice in implementing and managing ERASMUS and on Croatian capacity to implement ERASMUS. • Presentation of Expert Group’s draft recommendations for Croatia’s entry into ERASMUS • Group sessions to draft an action plan to enter ERASMUS.
