Urethral Stricture. Dr Samad Zare. معرفی بیمار: تنگی مجرا . دو بیمار 28و25ساله ای از حدود 2 سال قبل با علائم شدید تحریکی و انسدادی ادراری و با تشخیص احتمالی پروستاتیت مزمن تحت انواع درمان های آنتی بیوتیکی ، آلفابلاکر و ضد التهاب قرار گرفته بودند و بهبودی نداشتند .

Urethral Stricture Dr SamadZare
معرفی بیمار:تنگی مجرا دو بیمار 28و25ساله ای از حدود 2 سال قبل با علائم شدید تحریکی و انسدادی ادراری و با تشخیص احتمالی پروستاتیت مزمن تحت انواع درمان های آنتی بیوتیکی ، آلفابلاکر و ضد التهاب قرار گرفته بودند و بهبودی نداشتند . جهت آنها گرافی رتروگراد مجرا به عمل آمد که مطرح کنندۀ تنگی متوسط به طول cm1در دیستال مجرای بولبر و پروگزيمال مجراي پنايل بود . جهت بیماران عمل اینترنال یورتروتومی انجام شد و فعلاً مشکل خاصی ندارند.
