Emergency Response Program (Response) • Simplified briefing products that present predictive modeling results to aid decision makers (NARAC) • RDD, IND • Support to Federal, State, local organizations • Real-time data collection/transmission (FRMAC) • Training local police with their aerial detection systems (AMS) • More robust reachback support (FRMAC/AMS) • Establishing a web-based Cytogenic Biodosimetry Network to increase capacity post IND (REAC/TS)

  4. Operational Guidelines for Emergency Planning and Response • Facilitate decisions on worker and public protective actions • Revise Operational Guidelines and the computer code (RESRAD) that facilitates their implementation • Developing additional guidelines needed for IND emergency response; training class for RESRAD • Piloted in Empire09 (DOE); to be used in Liberty RadEx (EPA)
