The second meeting of the Expert sub-group for qualification requirements development for medical universities teaching staff (together with the second Coordination Meeting (2 weeks) - University of Strasbourg and other European Universities - Project partners - October 2010) Agenda: • Studying of the present qualification requirements for European Universities teaching staff (universities – partners) • Adaptation European qualification requirements to Russian qualification requirements for medical universities teaching staff • Development of the final stuff • Evaluation of working plan implementation Mobility : 13 mobility flows RF – EU from the grant budget 4 mobility flows EU – EU from the grant budget

Expert Sub-group on Linguistics 1.2. for development of qualification requirements for medical university teaching staff Participants: • 3 teachers from the University of Luxembourg 5 teachers from Russian Universities Mobility : • 5 mobility flows RF – Luxembourg from the grant budget • 3 mobility flows from Luxembourg to Russia from the grant budget • 4 mobility flows RF-RF from the grant budget for development and evaluation of qualification recommendations

Outcomes • Projects of the methodical recommendation letters, guidelines; • Standard projects for medical university teaching staff training as supplementary education to previous completed higher education • Publication of recommendations and open access at the web-sites of partner universities

  15. Deadline for publications - Project version publication – January 2011 - Expert assessment – February – April 2011 - Final version publication – September 2011

Workshop “New generation curriculum development for medical universities teaching staff training” (the Omsk State Medical Academy, February, 2011) Participants: • 2 representatives of the Expert Group on qualification requirements development for medical universities teaching staff • 4 representatives from European Universities • 6 representatives from Russian Partner Universities

Principal stages for project implementation • Visits of lecturers and specialists on quality control from Russian partner-universities including 2 experts from Ministry for Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation to the European universities to familiarize with European experience in pedagogic qualification assessment and quality assurance of education (September 2011– June 2012). • Workshop organization for quality control in education. • 3 participants from the equivalent Expert Group, 4 participants from Russian partner Universities, and 4 participants from European Universities (Arkhangelsk, January 2012)

  27. Principal stages of Project implementation 3. Improvement of existing quality control mechanisms and recommendations development to update the qualification assessment for medical university teaching staff (February, 2012). 4. Expert evaluation by specialists from Ministry for Public Health and Social Development of the system for qualification assessment and quality assurance for medical university teaching staff (March-April, 2012). 5. Implementation. Publishing of the recommendation. Dissemination amid Russian Medical Universities. Внедрение. (till June 2012).
