  4. The Problem The problem me and my colleagues have come up against is to legalize marijuana. For people with an immediate problem such as arthritis or cancer.

  5. The solution The solution to our problem is to sell the marijuana to hospitals and cancer research firms in the Delaware area. Then we could possibly sell it in casinos to get more money for the tax men. Also we could make coffee shops like Amsterdam and sell it to people over 18, but they can only sell 5 grams at a time. These shops can’t sell alcohol at these shops.

  6. our Letter Diana Ramirez Gabby Glocker Ra’juon Cox Seaford Middle School 500 East Stein Highway Seaford, DE 19973 February 8, 2011 Jack Markell Governor of Delaware Dear Governor Markell: Gabby Glocker, Ra’juon Cox, and I, Diana Ramirez are students attending Seaford Middle School. We are writing to address the issue of legalizing marijuana to the public in the State of Delaware. We propose establishing cannabis shops similar to the country Amsterdam. There would be great benefits to both the government and public. Since marijuana is the number one most popular recreational drug used in America, legalizing this will help the government get higher incomes. Legalizing this drug will help control many things like consumers and illegal foreign trade. We also think that this will help the crime rates go down because consumers will have a secure and legal place to buy marijuana. We think that the whole concept of having cannabis shops should be tested in the State of Delaware. Delaware could be the beginning of a new change to stop the abuse of marijuana by having control. An idea would be selling marijuana in Casinos to draw enterprise. Please contact us to let us know whether your willing to support our proposal.
