Impact of Isoproterenol on Calcium Transients and SR Calcium Load in Cardiomyocytes

Study on the effect of Isoproterenol (Iso) on intracellular calcium levels and sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium load in cardiomyocytes. Results show significant alterations in [Ca2+]i transient and SR Ca2+ load with varying Iso concentrations and frequencies.
