  1. Always remove makeup The first step in this routine is the most important. It is essential to remove makeup before starting to prepare your face for a deserved rest or washing your face simpally. If you don't remove leftover makeup, you are blocking your pores. You can opt for a denser, oily makeup remover if you use many permanent cosmetics. Conversely, it is preferable to use a more fluid and light product in a more simple and natural makeup. Choose an appropriate cleanser for your skin type After removing makeup, we move on to the second step, which consists of cleaning the skin thoroughly. The important thing is to use one that does not contain alcohol or solid components, which can alter the pH and sebum of the skin.

Apply a tonic to fight against signs of fatigue The routine for taking care of your sensitive skin should always include, as a third step, a tonic to combat the signs of fatigue accumulated during the day. It helps you close the pores, balance, and hydrate the skin. We recommend that you opt for a product that does not contain alcohol, which certainly provides a feeling of freshness and dries the skin in the long term. We can find some natural ones on the market. The most popular are those with rose, rosemary, or witch hazel. In addition, the day cream often includes sun filters and does not contain as many nutrients as the anti-aging night cream. Therefore, even if using the same product day or night, the result would not be the same.
