The Visanu Program • National Program for Development of Innovation Systems and Clusters • Co-operation between three national agencies : - ISA (Invest in Sweden Agency) - Nutek (Swedish Business Development Agency) - VINNOVA (Swedish Agency for Innovation Systems) • 3 year program • 7 MEuro from the Ministry of Industry and regional co- finansing • Dialogues (2 steps)

International benchmark • 5 pilot regional innovation systems initiatives; • Training -Triple Helix Management Course (theory + simulation, 500 participants) • 5 Focus groups (30 process leaders/facilitators); • 1 workshop prioritized agenda (25 process leaders/facilitators); • A national network for process leaders/facilitators (140 members) • 15 workshops (700 participants), 8 development projects, on-line/interactive research • 2 hand books -"To mobilize for regional growth • -"Catch the wind" • A formative evalutation of 30 initiatives (100 interviews) KNOWLEDGE FORMATION
