  1. Candle holders By Alfie, Ezri, Isobel, Lucas, Eddie, Reuben, Ben, George and Merissa.

  2. Christmas Candle Holders Selling points. An example of our candle holders. Our project is candle holders. You can have them in a range of colours and designs. They look pretty and can be relaxing. They look good as Christmas decorations. They would make a lovely gift. They are the Best choice.

  3. Market research • We surveyed the children in LJS. We found that people liked idea of decorated glass candle holders. • We asked them what price they would be willing to pay for these items. Most people were willing to pay around £3.00. • Our research told us that while people like the idea of individual designs, this would be difficult to manage. So we have decided to offer a range of colours and designs for people to choose from.

  4. The budget • £111.09 would make 200 candle holders if we bought the jars. • To make 1 jar it would cost 56p • We would need to sell 56to break even. • If we sold them all we would have £288.91

  5. Budget using donated jars. • If jars are donated it will cost £38.00 to make 200 jars. • Each jar will cost 19p to make. • We would need to sell 19 to break even. • We would sell them at £2.00 for a big one.

  6. Advertising • We are going to create posters to put up around the school. • We are going to show people photographs of our candle holders. • We are going to show examples of the candle holders we have made, so people can see how cool they are.
