PRESENTED BY : Anindita rezha.M and Manunal Ulya. HEALTHY HABITS. Drink mineral water. At a minimum we should drink 8 glasses of mineral water to prevent dehydration. Drink water after meals. Wash your hand. We need to wash their hands before eating in order to avoid germs.

  2. Drink mineral water At a minimum we should drink 8 glasses of mineral water to prevent dehydration. Drink water after meals

  3. Wash your hand We need to wash their hands before eating in order to avoid germs

  4. Eat healthy food we need to eat fruits and vegetables to keep the immune system. We need to eat fruits and vegetables every day

  5. sport We need to exercise to keep your body healthy and strong. Maybe we could air the weekend of sports

  6. Take a bath We need at least 2x a shower every day to maintain the cleanliness and health of our bodies

  7. Go to sleep early our bodies need rest, such as sleep. but we have just enough sleep

  8. Brush your teeth we should be brushing your teeth at least 2x a day and before going to bed or after a meal
