Initial Certification Process • Individual decides where to work: • Private Security • Private Detective/Investigation • Bail Recovery Agency/Agent • Individual decides type of license status: • Armed • Unarmed

Additional Firearms • Add to current certification • Form 721 • No fee • *Every firearm used in course of work MUST be registered • Send in applicable qualification form for each additional firearm • 728, 729, 730
Renewal Process • Individual guards and agents • 4-hour renewal training/qualification • Instructor keeps roster • No application needed • Forms stay with agency • Do not send in qualification forms to WSCJTC
Instructor Reminders • Fill in forms completely • Keep records for three years • Use 727 form for easy recordkeeping • Update contact info • Attend recert training • Questions call us!
