  1. Are You Suffering From a Toothache? Nowadays, toothache has become the most common problem. There are several factors responsible for tooth pain or some dental issues persisting for a long time. Given below are the reasons why someone suffers from tooth pain: 1. Poor Oral Hygiene  There is a simple, i.e., brushing twice a day and flossing once a day. Not following these two, we will invite diseases by ourselves, such as the smelly mouth and sour taste, growth of "bad bacteria," which eventually leads to tooth destruction. 2. Sensitivity  You might notice that some people eating extra hot or cold food causes pain in their teeth; it's called sensitivity. Reasons for having sensitive teeth are forceful brushing, teeth grinding, excessive fluoride-containing toothpaste, etc. 3. Wisdom Teeth  The break out of wisdom teeth in late teenage or early adulthood may or may not lead to toothache. These are the last set of molars in the adults that help them chew coarse items like nuts, roots, etc. 

  2. 4. Infected Gums  Excessive grinding of teeth causes friction exposing enamel, leading to gum infections and bleeding. 5. Damaged Dental Filling  The average life of dental fillings is 5 to 15 years, but if it starts to tear and wear like changing its color, falling from certain places, feeling pain while eating or drinking, you must replace it; otherwise, it will lead to severe toothache. 6. Tooth Decay  We are stuffing our mouths with deep-fried, sugary foods and carbonated beverages. If we do not brush our teeth, food will keep stucking in our teeth the whole time, which encourages the growth of bacteria; the present bacteria will release the acid from the food, which will cause plaque, cavities, and degradation of the tooth. 7. Irregular Dental Visits  Scheduling dental visits will save you from the hidden diseases that in the future may take the giant form.

  3. 8. Broken Tooth  While playing around or in rare chances of surgery, our tooth gets broken, and those pieces may cause pain in later life. 9. Orthodontic Alignment  Braces or retainers might cause you little pain, and if the pain continues to persist after making adjustments, then it is a matter of concern. 10. Teeth Whitening Products  Teeth bleaching products irritate soft tissues, which in turn causes sensitivity and causes toothache.
