  2. Overview of Updates for WCRS User Community There are new system updates for the creation and viewing of ERD’s & EAR’s within the WCRS system. They are summarized below and further described on the following slides for your reference. Please review now and see your local engineering change management group with any questions. • Deviation Extension Auto Notify: Notifies the Creator and Plant Facilitators 14 days prior to the Deviation expiration date. This function places a Task in both the Creator and the Plant Facilitator work list when the deviation is about to expire and gives them the option to extend. (Slide 3)(CR123) • Auto Updates forCharted Parts: Allows the Creator of a document to place a chart on the Part Details of an ERD and choose the “Add Described Parts” button, this displays all associated parts to that chart. Once the Creator selects the appropriate “Change Type” for each part affected these parts will appear on the Part Detail of the ERD. When the chart is once again updated it will carry all part numbers forward unless they were remove from one chart an applied to another. (Slide 4)(CR109) • A Feature Added to theERD Request Page: The “View Drawing/Document” link has been added to the first page of the ERD to view all drawings. This was only available on the Part Details page in the past. You may notice another link ‘Share to Non TRW’, that the ECC/PRA can use to enable access for a contractor or joint venture employee where the ERD is moved to a secure area for this Non-TRW location. (Slide 5)(CR142) • The Deviation, GI and P & R Request Page “View Platforms Affected” link has been upgraded to display all platforms but distinguish their affects on this particular routing as (Yes) or (No). (CR136,7,8) • A performance feature has been added on the over all system. System pop up windows that are not necessary for to expedite the gathering and displaying of data have been removed. (CR142)

Deviation Extension - Auto Notify Prior To Expiring • Auto Deviation Extension Notification • The system will Send a TASK to the Creator and Plant Facilitator (S), *14 days prior to the Deviation Expiration date. • Choose whether an Extension is Required or Not for that Released Dev, this response is recorded into the Dev after {**Task Complete}. • When an Extension is Required; the system checks for the Created Deviation prior to allowing the Task complete. After the Task Complete all other pending user Tasks are removed from their Work Lists. Note: Use the {COPY DEV} link to quickly create an extension) • A Copied Deviation will now have a link displayed from the source Dev. * Deviations authorized over 90 days the Task notification is 30 prior to the expiration. ** If the User does not respond to the Task, “No User Response” is entered into the Released Deviation 7 days after the Deviation has expired. Extension Required (or) No Extension Required If EXT is Required enter New Deviation #

Select a specific chart number from the Existing Part Details Display and Select the ‘Add Described Parts’ button. • All part numbers associated with that particular chart number will appear. • The user can select affected Part Numbers by checking the box left of the part number. Next choose the “Change Type” for each. • Now select Finished Button located at bottom of the window (not shown), and “Close” the system message indicating a successful activity. • All the parts that were selected will appear on the Part Details page.
