TERMS & CONDITIONS Option 1 The Placement Charge payable will be 15 Days (Half Month) CTC (Cost to Company) Invoice will be raised once the candidate joins the organization and same to be settled with in 45 days from the date of joining. If candidate leave with in 45 days from the date of joining the organization due to his own reasons with in one month will replace that seat with another suitable candidate. Option 2 If company will not ready to pay the placement charge we will charge to candidates.
