He tries "Fale Portuguese?" The two continue to stare at him. "Parlare Italiano?" No response. "HablanustedesEspanol?" Still nothing. The Swiss guy drives off, extremely disgusted.   10. Regular Meetings – Speakers, Discussions. Board, AGM, Election Meetings. Rotary Months – Topical Programs. Fellowship Meetings – Music, Debates. Picnic, Spouses/Children/Sr. Citizens’ Program. Special Meetings – Installation, OCV, Charter, Membership Development – Growth,Assimilation & Retention Matching Grant – Apply, Execute, Utilize, Complete, Report, Close file. BE Ready for

  11. Vocational Awards – Awardees, Trophies/Citations Fund Raising Program - Event, Artists, Venue. Bulletin – Club, Dist & RI Information, Finance, Club Roster – Updating Information Extension – Sponsoring New Rotary Club, Rotaract, Interact, Senior Citizen Club Administration & Communication. Attend Seminars/Workshops & Encourage members for the same. BE Ready for

  12. BE Ready to Meet Deadlines • Payment of RI/Dist Dues / SA report • Sending Various Circulars • Sending Info for GML, RI • Applying for Recognitions - RI President’s Citation - Membership, Public Relations - Signi. Achieve Award etc. - Dist. Trophies & Awards
