CIL Securities Limited are reputed Merchant Bankers, Registrars and Share Transfer Agents, Depository Participants and Stock Brokers servicing a large category of Clients and handling varied issues of IPOs, Takeovers, Merger and amalgamations and ESOPS etc. • This with reference to the above positions vacant at our office, we request you to kindly send the profiles of the suitable candidates to our Office at the earliest. • The Job Description / Responsibilities include: • Handling Merchant Banking Assignments, including visiting the  PCS, CA and Companies • Handling High-end Assignments and Advisory  • Maintaining secretarial records of the Company / group companies • Preparation and Filing of various forms on MCA portal • Assisting in preparation of annual report of the company • Preparation of minutes of all group companies • To ensure the compliances of listing agreement, SEBI guidelines , RBI, Companies Act, 2013 • To assist in conduct of Board Meetings/ Committees Meetings/ Banker’s Meeting • Any other assignment from time to time. • Interested Candidates may send their profiles at kkm@cilsecurities.com for further process
