Over the past three years, Richmond Elementary School's Farm to School Program has fostered a hands-on learning environment for our students. Activities include carrot picking at Jericho Settlers Farm, after-school enrichment programs, adopting maple trees with Giroux Family Sugarworks, and hosting pesto and pickle-making parties. We’ve also engaged in gleaning at Monitor Farms, harvesting vegetables such as broccoli, kale, and tomatoes alongside the VYCC program. With the support of our community, we are dedicated to nourishing our children’s minds from the ground up!
