The OCYF Child Welfare System of Care Initiative • Initial Focus on Children with Mental Health Needs and Child Welfare or Juvenile Justice Involvement • Operationalize the Pennsylvania System of Care Practice Model in Select Demonstration Counties • Develop Sustainable Operational Capacity at the County Level. • Organize Strategic Linkages with OMHSAS System of Care development, and Other DPW Initiatives • Establish a Learning/Teaching Environment Among Demonstration Counties • Directly Support and Inform DPW Organizational and Policy Reform.
