The Joint Task Group 4-5-6-7 (JTG 4-5-6-7) is focused on evaluating additional spectrum allocations for mobile services on a primary basis and identifying frequency bands for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT). This preparation aligns with Agenda Item 1.1, which will discuss the implications of growing demand for terrestrial mobile broadband. Based on ITU-R studies, the group will also address matters regarding the 694-790 MHz frequency band in Region 1. The group's activities will culminate in a series of meetings, aimed at establishing Australia's position for the WRC-15.
