Sucker Punch • Transcultural film Suckerpunch tries to take elements of different culutres British American East Asian Sucker punch is trying to broaden its target audience by being a transcultural film. By having elements of the different cultures it tries to appeal to them all. However we feel sucker punch tries to hard to be transcultural and the fantasy fighting scenes are what makes it “transcultural” and these scenes totally go off course from the storyline making it unrealstic and unappealing to many viewers so by having so many culutres the film is actually off putting and not that well received.
