It must be installed as low as possible in order to prevent the pallets to shift to the back in the event of hard braking. • Modified load securing plan attached • The load securing had been done according to the load securing plan but, due to heavy braking, the rear pallets could still move backwards, whereby the spring lashing at the back was pushed upwards, allowing the octabins to tilt forward • When a truck arrived at the customer, it was found that the load of octabins had shifted.
