AMS ToolBox intro • The original CribMaster ToolBox was the first of all the CribMaster vending solutions – 1992 • Specs: 73”H x 39”W x 41.5” D, approx. 698lbs. unstocked (185.4 cm x 99.1 cm x 105.4 cm, approx. 317kg) Add 5.8” (15 cm) for pallet height • 120 volt/60 Hz, 4 amps (North America) • 240 volt/50 Hz, 2 amps (Europe) • Temperature Range -4F to 140F (-20 to 60 Celsius) • Humidity of 20% to 80% RH Non-Condensing • Specific model is AMS 39 – 660 • Possible 1,920 individual items. • Coil size and pitch options – Many Options

  15. Sizing & Packaging are key! Show Toolbox Packaging Video • Methods and materials to help items dispense correctly: • Rubber bands • Plastic bags • Roll and cuff gloves or sleeves, especially any glove with rubber or sticky surfaces • Test with multiple items in coil to ensure total resistance is not greater than the motor(s) can dispense properly!

  22. Troubleshooting • Motors can be spun using the internal control panel. • Motors can be spun using ADMIN / ADJUST / OPEN within CribMaster ATR. • Motors can also be spun using a CribMaster Utility application called “SPIN”.

  23. Troubleshooting • Incorrect Item packing will ultimately lead to jams. • Incorrect item sizing can lead to jams.
