ETL Tool Evaluation Package • 1/9/2005 – The ETL Tool Evaluation Package is a simple presentation and spreadsheet which will assist people new to ETL tools in Small to Medium Enterprises to select their ETL tool. • Today we are very pleased to announce the ETL Tool Evaluation Package. • In recent months many prospective clients have asked us for some form of ‘Evaluation Kit’ for ETL tools. Our position has been that there is hardly a comparison since the Instant Data Warehouse is 10% or less of the price of the vendor tools. • However, since numerous people have asked we have decided to release a relatively simple and summarised ETL Tool Evaluation Package. • As time goes on we may add more features to review. We have kept it deliberately focused on the needs of Small to Medium Enterprises for people new to ETL tools. Large companies are most likely to use the Instant Data Warehouse as a complementary tool to their vendor ETL tools. • We hope you find it useful.
