1. Self Evaluation The purpose of this self–evaluation letter is to consider and evaluate myself as one of group 24 members. So, I set three significant main criteria of attributes and skills, which are based on two group projects and three presentations, that they are definitely important in a group member. They are time management skill, participation, and effort. Time management is very important because it is a way to organize and plan how much time to spend on some specific activities. As a group 24 member, I definitely think that I was doing a better job on managing my time on each group assignment and project. In the group policies, it said all members must complete their individual parts of the group assignment before a meeting and a due date. I always finished my parts on time and never missed any individual parts in the group assignments. For instance, I submitted all group assignments through Moodle on time. Also, I would finish taking notes and preparing for my presentation before a meeting time. So, I insist that I worked very well in this part. According to an overall of my group experiences, my other members thought that I did very well on their criteria–time management, attitude, attendance, task management, commitment, and effort. However, I do agree that some recommended me to take more time to work on writing skill because there were some grammar errors.
