  1. PRESENTATION “THE ANDRAGOGI IMPLEMENTATION AND THE SOCIETY LERN BY PS3T PROGRAM FOR INCREASE THE QUALITY OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN 3T AREAS” BY: RUWAIDA ZAFIRA (111644063)

  2. Based on Kantor Pengolahan Data danTelematika (KPTD) Ende District Government (2012) report that five district which has the lowest passing grade, they are East Sumba District which has 289 failed students or 7,29 percent, Ende has 250 failed students (5,99%), North Middle East has 250 failed students (6,34%), Sikka has 195 failed students (4,33%) and South Middle East has 181 failed students (2,58%). BACKGROUND

Based on opinion’s rubric of Analisa Medan Daily News, (16 July 2012), the sum of teacher and student’s comparison for kindergarten grade is 1:9,7 , for Elementary School 1:15,9 , for Junior High School 1: 12,8 , for Senior High School 1:11,2 , while for SLB 1:3,9. This sum is much bigger than Malaysia which has 1:25 average, South Korea 1:30, Japan 1:20 and German 1:30.

  5. Writing Method • The method that used in this research is the result of references. • The main variable is education’s gap which is happened in 3T areas that brings effect to the other aspects of life

  6. Sub variable in these education gap problem is complicated. And the main problem is the low of the human resources quality in 3T area, which the supporting factor come from the educators and the parents.

  7. The Strategy of increasing quality of low human resources 3T area. “The Andragogi implementation and the society should learn the PS3T program in order to increase the quality of human resources in 3T area”.

  8. Conclusion • To sum up these problem about education gap in 3T areas, known that the main problem is the low quality of human resources in that area. So to solve these problems are implement the Andragogy and the society can learn through PS3T program in order to increase the quality of the human resource in 3T area.
