  6. Age & Qualification Minimum Age 18 Years Completed Qualification Rural Areas - Urban Areas 10th Passed - 12th Passed

  7. Training & Exam Training The Candidate will undergo a formal training as per IRDA guidelines for 50 hours (8-9 days) (Class Room Training or Online Training) Examination After successful training the candidate shall appear for the Examination

  8. Passing & Licencing Passing Marks Only 18 out of 50 marks are to be obtained for passing the objective type Examination. (1 Mark as grace is allowed) Licence After successful passing the exam IRDA shall issue a License for Selling Insurance products.

  9. Fees Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred only) Inclusive of Registration, Training & Exam fees. License fees A Demand draft of Rs.125/- (Rs. One Hundred Twenty Five only) for IRDA License after passing exam.

  10. Start Earning After obtaining the license you can now start your business with both the companies and earn as much you can.

  11. Sky is the Limit There is no restriction to the amount of Money that you can earn from this profession.

  12. For a Standard Policy business sale you get following commissions Huge Commission -- For ever Ist Year 35.00% Ist Year 15% & for the whole policy term IInd & IIIrd 7.50% Year 4th Year till 5.00% Maturity Every time (for 20 -25 years) when the customer pays his premium you Get the commission

  13. You Create your Own Pension As the year pass by your Renewal Commission multiplies every year, thus assuring you a pension for 25- 30 years.
